Hello, I'm trying to get everything in the form to show up in the PDF copy when the form is complete, and it's not working for me at all. Is there any way we can auto fix it so all items completed on the form are shown in the PDF?

Hi Wisdom,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I just wanted to confirm if I got your concern correctly. Do you mean not all the fields added in your form are showing in your PDF attachment? If yes, there are two ways to fix this, either you can add it manually from the PDF Editor. Or Create a new PDF attachment. Let me show you how to create a PDF attachment:
- In Form Builder, on the upper left side of the screen, click on the downward arrow icon.
- Click on PDF Editor.
- In PDF Editor, click on + New PDF.
- Click on New PDF Document.
- Then, hover your mouse over the Gear Icon to open the PDF settings and uncheck the Hide Empty field.
Then, you need to delete the old PDF attachment. Let me show you how:
- In PDF Editor, click on the old PDF Document tab to select.
- On the right side of the tab, click on the three vertical dots.
- Click on Delete.
- Click on, Yes, Delete.
Attaching your submissions as PDF files to your Notification Emails is easy. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Click on the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

Thank you for your help! The main issue I'm having is most of the tables are not showing up so I can edit them via the PDF editor. The outline shows, but the actual data doesn't, like the snapshot below.

Hi WisdomInfo,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Things are much clearer now. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:
1. In PDF Editor, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on New PDF.
2. On the window that opens, choose the Use Default Layout option. That's it.
Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
