Transfer form to another account

Hi Julie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the destination account, and it seems that it is on a Starter Plan. Upon checking the form, it contains 283 submissions. Note that you can only store 500 total submissions for a Starter Plan, and you can only receive 100 monthly submissions. Once the form is moved, you can no longer access the form and its submissions, and if you have set up a custom URL, you need to set it up again once it is successfully transferred. Let us know if you still wish to proceed.
