    Hi there,

I made an order form using the default theme. To the left of each product is a small white checkbox. Can you tell me what their purpose is, and if/how I can remove?

    Thank you.

    Hi JadePearl,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you verify if you are referring to these checkboxes? Check out the screenshot:

If yes, these checkboxes are allow the users to select or purchase the items. If you wish to remove them, even if they select the quantity, if the item is not selected, it will not be added to the order total, and it will not be purchased. Let us know if you still want to remove it.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Thank you for the clear, prompt response. Yes, the checkboxes you indicated in the screenshot are the ones I mean. If the only way these forms work is the way you described, then we'll just leave the boxes. I want customers to be able to use this form to send us orders, of course, and now that I am actually entering a test order, I see that when I add a qty to an item, that box automatically becomes checked. I suppose that is so each email we receive with an order using this Jotform is abridged to the actual items ordered, instead of making us scroll through the whole form for every order. Thanks again.
