Change email address to an email registered to another account.

    Hi there,


    I need to delete this account and have my email removed from it and instead connected to the account that is already created for rachelcrockertps.


    Can anyone assist me with this process? Thank you!

    Hi Rachel,

    You can only use an email address to create an account once. Even if the other account was tagged as deleted, the system will still keep its details within 30 days. In this case, you can do the following to free up the other email address:

    Log in to the account under rachel.crocker@txpeds.org email and change the email address of it to any email address to free up that email address, then log in to rachelcrockertps account and change the email address to rachel.crocker@txpeds.org.

    Let me show you how to change your account's email address:

    1. In My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
    2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, Go to Account tab.
    4. Scroll to your Email option and click on Edit.

    6. Add the new email address and click Save.

    Depending on your account’s settings (i.e., HIPAA accounts), you may get a confirmation email to verify your new email address. If you do get one, please make sure to verify it.

    You can change your email address with this method. You will receive all emails about your account to your new email address. Please let us know if you want to proceed on reinstating your deleted account.
