Unable to create a new Jotform password

    My account is karen@caribbeanrealty.com and had to enter another account to be able to send this message. There's a problem with the page to reset the password. Please send me a provision password to help me get in and change it.

    And please fix customer support with the email without obligating to use a password.

    Waiting for help with this issue.

    Hello office95_office,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We're unable to create a temporary password or resend another link to create a new password. You'll have to redo the password reset process to get a new link for creating a new password. But I suggest creating a new password that passes these requirements:

    1. Minimum of 8 characters.
    2. At least one uppercase letter.
    3. At least one lowercase letter.
    4. At least one number.
    5. At least one special character (such as @, #, $, etc.).
