Unable to select the form to use in Approval Workflow

    I am trying to create an approval but the form I want to use is not available.

    • I've tried Chrome in a private browser
    • I've tried Safari
    • I've tried making sure their's a submittal
    • I've tried deleting and re-creating multiple times.

    Please advise

    I figured it out — the approval form is already associated (but not visible from the approval screen)
