Google sheets integration:Quit working

i received a submission on my form, and it should be integrating the data's on the google sheet.... but it did not work for the last submission ...

I have cleared your form cache to address any minor issues. If the problem persists, I recommend reintegrating your integration by deleting it and then adding it back.
