Hello!
When submitting a form on our site, a captcha pops up once submitted. We really need this disabled.
Thanks!

Hi Virginia Renewables,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The reason can Captcha appear when our anti-spam system detects multiple submissions are being sent from a specific IP address in a short period of time. So, to control and minimize the spam submissions on your form, Captcha is used. Even Google can also trigger the Captcha field automatically if Google web browser gets unusual high traffic to submit your form. To fix the issue, your form fillers can wait for 10–20 minutes before submitting the form again. They can also refresh their Internet connection or use a different IP address to submit the form again.
We can only whitelist your account but, your account needs to have a paid subscription. Here is a link on how to upgrade your Jotform account in case you wish to upgrade your account. It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
Let us know if you need any more help.
