How do I clarify my Credit Card was only charged for three tickets?

    Good afternoon,

    Could someone please contact me in regard to tickets I purchased this afternoon for the "Captivate Women's Conference" @ Grace Chapel in Taylorsville, KY. this weekend. I actually ordered three tickets for myself and two other women with my Credit Card. The names I purchased and registered are:

    1) Judy Rooney

    2) Sheila Hollin

    3) Raegie Finch

    There was a glitch and said "card declined" upon ordering the third ticket. So I completed her form the second time and made sure my card expiration and code on back was correct and it went through the second time.

    I am just checking for clarification that I did only purchase the three tickets.

If you have filled out and submitted a form created on Jotform to need to get in touch with the form owner to ask about your submissions. You can also reply to the email that you received, as this will be sent to the form owner.
