I'm new to our Jotform Partner Finder for the Florida Senior Games/Florida Sports Foundation. I need to figure out the login and create a new password. I'd like to go into our partner finder and clear out some of the names from last year's Games. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

    Hi flasportsfoundation,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you requesting to get access to the Florida Senior Games Partner Finder form and edit some fields? If so, you can suggest the form owner to give you access to the form as a collaborator. Sharing the Form Collaboration link with your teammates is really easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
    2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.

But if your request is getting access to the form's Submissions Tables, you can also request it to the form owner to gain access and edit the entries. We have a Share button on the right side of the Jotform Tables page that you can use to share your Tables page with others. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

    2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options. It is set to Private Table as default, so only the people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only, Commenter, or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:

    • Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
    • Commenter means that the people you invite will be able to view data and add comments.
    • Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.

    3. Now, click on Go back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

You can also revoke the invite you sent to the people easily. Let me show you how:

    1. In your Tables, click on Share button to open Share Table.

    2. Now, click on the avatars/icons of the people you invited next to the Shared with section.

    3. Select the users that you want to revoke the access to by checking the boxes on the left, and click on Revoke.

    4. Then, click on the Yes, Delete. That’s it, you’re done.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
