    Hi

Is it possible to copy an entire registration from one form to another? I have 2 workshop registration forms and we are offering a discount if they register for both., This option is built into both forms. We use the tables for profile reports that we give to our instructors, and if someone registers for both workshops but only fills out one form - their information will not appear in the registration table for the 2nd workshop.

Is there a way to take the information from one form and copy to another?

    Regards.

    Hi David,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can do this by using our Form Prefill feature, which allows you to prefill the 2nd form with data from the 1st form and send it to the person for completion. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. Now, click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the page, and then select Form Prefill.
    3. Click on the Downward Arrow icon and select the form that you want to prefill from, and then match the fields.
    4. Finally, click on Save Settings on the bottom-right side of the Form Prefill section.

    1. Click on Add a New Prefill and select a row or the rows you want to be prefilled.
    2. Then, click on the Create button in the right corner of the page.

    1. In the Form Prefill settings, click on Can Edit next to the prefill link.
    2. In the dropdown menu that opens, select Read only, and that's it.
