Hello - I created my first form that will be used for a rental agreement for a home I rent on AirBnb. I see I can use a link to send it to the person. Is this link unique and only can be used by one person? Is there a way to use the same link every time? I have an automated email that goes out when someone makes a reservation and would like to keep the same link in it every time.

    Hi Micheal,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your form, I noticed that it is a Jotform Sign Document which allows you to collect legally-binding electronic signatures. With Jotform Sign, you can send your document to signers by specifying their roles. Using the Public Link, anyone with the link can sign your document and provide their information as specified by the role. Let me show you how:

    1. In Sign Builder, in the green navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Send.

    2. Under the Share With Link tab in the menu on the left side of the page, click on the Dropdown menu under the Step 1 field and select the role for which you want to create a link.

    3. Enter the information for the other signers in the related fields under Step 2.

    4. Click on Create Link at the bottom right side of the Share With Link field.

    5. Then, click on Copy Link on the right side of the created link.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
