Uploaded images not showing up on PDF Jotform

Hello-

the form BUGONIA Fuel Receipts -are not showing the photos that we require.

This started yesterday. all the other information come through and when submitting i am submitting a photo but it does not show up on my end.

I attached two pdf- one of what it should look like and one of what is now coming through.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, the photo uploaded to the form is not showing in the PDF, is this correct? If so, can you try creating a new PDF and deleting the old one? Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Form Builder text in the upper left corner of the page beside Jotform.
2. Then, select PDF Editor.
3. On your PDF Editor page, click on the Three Vertical Dots icon beside the name of the tab, and click on Delete.
4. Finally, click on Yes, Delete, and it will automatically create a new version of the PDF.

still not working - the photo is still not coming through on the PDF.

I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screenshot below:

I cleared your form cache as well. Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? f the issue persists, will you give us permission to do a test submission to see if we can replicate the issue? If you're still having the same problem, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

Still having an issue- none of the pdfs are getting emailed with the photo.

Same with in JotForm
