Hi Claire,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that you have clicked the link to verify your email address while currently logged in to another Jotform account. Can you make sure that you are not logged in to any of your Jotform accounts even the Guest account? You can log out from that account and click the link again. Here's how:
- Click your Avatar/Profile.
- Lastly, click Log out.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
