Calculations Widget is not showing correct calculation.

Could you please tell me why all the calculations on my final page are not working as expected, including the addition formulas and if statements?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and it appears that the calculation is not set up properly. Can you explain a bit more about your calculation so we can get a better idea of what is happening?

Each correct multiple choice question in the form has a score of 1 that I have enabled. I have inserted multiple calculation widgets on the final page to calculate the subtotal scores for various competencies. The first calculation widget for each competency should be adding up the totals for the multiple choice questions, then dividing by the number of questions and multiplying by 100 to give me the percentage correct for that competency.

The next calculation widget for each competency I have used the if statements for in the conditions, so that depending on each score, a word of beginner / novice / competent / advanced is assigned.

This doesn't seem to be working.

I cloned your form and I see that the formula in the Form Calculation widget is not set up correctly. Please remove the Equal sign at the beginning of the formula and add the missing Plus signs. Check the screenshot for your reference:
