Is there any possible way to make custom pdf file from downloaded submission?

For example, this is the submission from My Forms

This is the downloaded pdf from one of the submission

I want to customize the downloaded pdf like this one

Is there any way to customize the downloaded pdf like that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, do you want to download submissions with filters? If so, we have a Columns feature that makes it easy to reorder or rearrange the fields in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to use it:

1. Open the Jotform Tables page and left-click on the Columns tab on the left side of the page.
2. Hover your mouse over the Six Dots icon for the column that you want to move. 
3. Left-click and drag the column up or down in the list to put it where you want it. That's it.

If you want to display submissions on a specific PDF, then you can use our Smart PDF. Check out this guide on How to Use and Get the Best Out of Jotform Smart PDF Forms?

If you already have a PDF template, you can import it into the Smart PDF. Let me show you how:

1 In Smart PDF Forms Page, click on Upload Document and upload your PDF.

2. Click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page and select the elements you need to match with your PDF Document.

3. Then, click on the element and click on Add to PDF.

4. Next, match with the field on the PDF Document that you want to show on.

Now, repeat the 2,3 and 4th steps for each fields on your PDF. Thus, every time you download a submission, it will appear in the format of the PDF document you uploaded.
