Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create invoices in Jotform easily in your Product list. Also, you can create an invoice using our Templates and if you have an existing invoice format, you can upload it to Jotform and create a web version from that PDF using the Jotform Smart PDF feature. Yes, you can create an Approval Flow in Jotform, with Jotform Approval Flow you can create a simple one-step approval flow, as well as a multi-approver complex approval flow.
