Our server was down for an hour last week and ever since no emails are coming though can you please fix this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email address, and it appears that email has been sent from the Jotform end. Please check this guide for a possible reason why you're not receiving email notifications. Also, please whitelist Jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.
Can you also make another notification email with a new recipient email address or as the receiver in the Reply to Email? After that, do a test submission to see if you're able to receive a confirmation email. For your form's notification and confirmation emails, you can also set up SMTP or use a custom email address.
If you run into the same problem again, let us know so we can investigate this further.
