Hii,
I am facing a new issue with the Widget (Take Photo).
After submission of the photo, when i try to view submission, i am unable to view the photo.
Below is the photo of the submission form view of the photo. Upon clicking, they gave me an error that say the photo couldnt be found.
Will you be able to assist on this, please?

To show image files on email notification, you would need to lift privacy settings in your account, which require a login to review files, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
Notification or email do not have access to files, but if you lift the restriction, users should see images and download files without issues.Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Jherwin,
I checked the privacy settings in my jotform account. But it doesn't seem like the issue. I am still unable to view the photo from the view submission (Even through my jotform account)
Please assist.!

On further checking the Tracking Id that you have shared in the screenshot, I could not find it among your submissions. Would you mind sharing the submission Id with us?

I checked some of the uploaded images from your submission page and it downloaded the photos successfully.

I checked that submission and there are no images uploaded or included to that submission. You can view that submission in your submissions page as well: How-to-View-Form-Submissions
It looks like the picture was not successfully uploaded to your form. Could you let us know if we can send a test submission to the form to test it from our end?

It is not possible for the photo to not be captured as it is a required field for the form submission.
Yes, please go ahead to send test submissions.

I have tested your form and when I received the notification email I am able to view the images.
Can you please check at your end if you're able to view the images in the notification email?

Hi Richie,
I am able to view the picture as well from my end.
Could it be an issue on the Jotform Mobile App side ? (As this issue only started to appear after i transit them to Jotform Mobile App by assigning the form to their email)
When i download the photo file, this is the image that appeared.

Can you please confirm if the app is open in kiosk mode (OFFLINE MODE)? I tried to upload images in one of my forms using the Jotform Mobile app and it works as expected.

Hi Jherwin,
My team are using "Fillup form" mode to submit the form.
Could it be that there is an issue with the app supporting JPEG file ?
I realise that PNG file can be viewed by JPEG file are having this issue.

I tried to upload JPEG files to my form and I can view the images in the notification. Could you please let us know what device you are using so we can try it with the same?

Apologies for the late response.
I've been testing the demo Form of mine but I could not replicate any issues in my Android phone.
Could you please assign a Form to me roneet@jotform.com so that I can test further.
I followed the below workflow:
From my account> Assign form > Download app in new Android phone,> Open the assignee account > test submit a form with file upload and upload the JPEG file.
The uploaded file was downloadable. I have used the Take Photo widget in my Demo Form.

I also tested a demo form following the same workflow in my Android phone. However, I am not able to replicate the issue.
As you assigned the form with my colleague, I'll forward your message to him and update you.

I have made 3 submissions one with Android-phone, another with iPhone and the last one with the desktop. Could you please check if you are able to see the uploads for those 3 submissions.
Below are the submissions I have submitted:
Select shipper name: E-Living Furniture-iPhone
Select shipper name: BedandBasics-Android Phone
Let us know if the assigned Form still is not having submissions?

Hi Roneet,
I am able to see the photos that is submitted from your end, however when my team does the submissions, the photos are not appearing.. Is there any possible reasons for me to check and resolve this issue.?

I can only assume that you have also assigned your form to your team. I would suggest that you have them check if they have the updated version of the JotForm Mobile Forms app. Also, they can also try reinstalling the app to see if it will make any difference. Another option that you can try to solve the issue is to remove them as form assignee and assign them again after. You can also ask them to try to connect to a different internet connection when submitting your form.
Please feel free to let us know if any of those steps would or would not solve the issue you are having.
