How to remove the unread submission icon on My Forms Dashboard?

    Hi Support Team,

    One of my forms is still showing one message unread when I have read all of the messages.

    When I filter for "Unread" messages nothing shows up.

    How can we fix it?

    Hello Kando,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Have you tried doing this?

    1. Go to MyForms.
    2. Click the Form icon once (the one with the red unread badge).
    3. Once clicked, the submission details will appear on the right-hand side.
    4. When the submission details appear, press F5 on your keyboard to refresh the page.

    I have done that and it is still showing 1 unread message

    Hi Kando,

    Submissions that were moved to the Trashed or Archive folder keep their Read or Unread status. One of the submissions in the Archive folder of your form named Training Request Form is currently unread, which is why it shows the number “1” unread indicator on the home page, here's how to get rid of it:

    1. In My Forms Dashboard, hover your mouse over the form with the red 1.

    2. Click on the Inbox option.

    3. In Jotform Inbox, go to the Archive and/or Trash tab.

    4. Open the submission with the blue dot.
