    Hi Jaime,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

    Hi Jaime,

If I understand it correctly, you want the users to be able to submit the form without using Payment integration. If that's so, you can add a hide option on the Payment integration by adding a Single Choice element and using Conditional Logic to your form to allow the users to submit the form without using Payment integration. You can clone my demo form, or you can do it on your end. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the upper-left part of the screen.

    2. Scroll down, drag and drop the Single Choice element to your form.

    4. Click on the Gear icon on Single Choice field.

    8. Click on Settings on the orange navigation bar.
    9. Click on the Conditions tab on the left part of the screen.
    10. Click on Add Condition on Conditions field.

    11. Click on Show/Hide Field option on New Condition field.

    12. Copy the settings below:

After that, you can remove the condition that you no longer need, as it might cause conflict with the condition we've added. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar.
    2. Click on the Conditions tab on the left part of the screen.
    3. Click on the Gear icon on Condition that you no longer need.

    4. Click on the Trash Can icon on Condition that you no longer need.

After that, you can simply remove the form field that you no longer need. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Trash Can icon on a form field that you no longer need.
