    Hi sunriizecustoms,

Just to confirm, do you want to create a report of all the shirts sold in your form? If so, we have a Summarize with a Chart feature that you can use to count the total number of different products that you've sold. It's easy to use. I'll show you how:

    • On your Jotform Tables page, click on the My Products column.
    • In the list that comes up, click on Summarize with a Chart.
    • You can change the chart type by clicking on Chart Type on the right side of the page.

You can also create a Report View on the Jotform Tables page. Let me show you how:

    • On your Jotform Tables page, click the Add Tab and then select Reports.
    • Choose your form and click on Next.
    • Now, choose the Report Type you want to use.
    • In Report View, click on the Gear icon on the right side of the page to open Chart Settings. Here, you can change the Chart Type.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

    Hi Sunriize,

You can View Your Form Submissions on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page. This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.

i got this and i'm still going to have to try to figure out how many of
each kind etc. for future orders...what is the best method to organize one
where at the end i can generate a list of style plus how many of each size.

    Hi Sunriize,

You can follow the same steps shared by my colleague Shirized to genrate a report and the future orders will automatically be added to the report. You only need to set up the report for once and the previoius and the future submission details will be added automaticaly. If this is not what you want, share a screenshot of an example and we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
