Setup Notification emails.

    now that I'm receiving submissions for the last form in this thread, ( https://form.jotform.com/220495931539160 ) the auto reply emails in the approval flows are not going through.

    I've tested seven times and the selected auto reply has only been received once.

    When the approval flow does work and I receive the email associated, I'm not receiving the submission of this form:

    (which is present in every auto reply)

    Hi Tara,

    The reason you're not receiving the Auto-reply email from your form upon submission is that you haven't set up the Notification email in your form. You can set it up so that you'll get a Notification Email after someone's filled out your form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. Now, click on Add Email

    4. In the list that comes up, select Notification Email.

    5. In the center of the next window, click on the Recipients tab.

    6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field, and click on Save. That's it, you're done.

    Hi Tara,

    In your Approval flow, are you not receiving the Approval emails or the form fillers are not receiving the emails during the Approval flow? If there's any specific email that is not receiving the Approval emails, you can share it with us so that we can check our bounce list for that email. I cleared the form cache to refresh the data. You can check this guide on How to Clear Your Form Cache. Can you please test again and see how it goes? If the issue persists, please let us know, and we will further investigate to better understand what is going on.
