Include field values only when they are entered.

I am a dog minder and I have a form for clients to book their dogs with us.

The form allows up to three dogs to be included:

After approval, I would like to send a confirmation email for the booking and include the second and third dog name ONLY IF ENTERED.

this would mean that if there is only one dog booked it will only show one name in the email subject and in the opening line of the email.

I created a workaround that will meet your request. You'll just need to add more elements to the Approval Workflow. Let me show you how it's set up:

1. In your Approval Workflow Builder, click on the Add Element Menu.
2. Scroll down, and under the Logic Elements, drag and drop the Conditional Branch in the Approval Workflow.
3. Remove the current Email Element linked with the Approve outcome, and then connect the Conditional Branch element to it.
   
   
4. Duplicate the email element twice. The idea is that we will send different emails based on how many Dog fields they have filled out. 
   
5. Customized Email Content based on how many Dog Name Fields were filled out. 
   
   
6. Lastly, create the Conditional Branch based on how many Dog Name Fields were filled out. 
   
   a. For Dog 1, set up this conditional Branch below:
   
   
   b. For Dog 2, set up this conditional Branch below:
   
   
   c. For Dog 3, set up this conditional Branch below:
   
   
   
   
7. Connect the Conditional Branches to the Email Elements.
