    Hi Ari,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and I see that the subscription has been canceled and it is currently scheduled to be downgraded at the end of the billing period. If you need to receive a refund, please contact Apple support since the payment was processed on their end.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Hi, no

    I don't need a refund.

I just need to change my billing option from apple pay to credit card.

Can you help me with that please?

    Hi Ari,

I looked into your account and saw that you purchased the subscription through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store are subject to their policies. You need to cancel the subscription from apple pay and then upgrade your Jotform account again on a browser. You can inquire about how the cancellation process works and possibly request a refund for your subscription by following this guide.

Let us know if you need any other help.

Changing your payment method for Apple services from Apple Pay to a credit card involves a few straightforward steps. Here’s how you can do it, along with some details to help guide you through the process:

Steps to Change Billing from Apple Pay to Credit Card

    • For iOS devices (iPhone or iPad), open the Settings app.
    • For macOS devices, open System Preferences or System Settings.

    • If you're on iOS, tap on your name at the top of the Settings screen to access your Apple ID settings.
    • On macOS, click on your name or Apple ID in the top-left corner of the System Preferences/System Settings window.

    • On iOS, tap Payment & Shipping. You might need to enter your Apple ID password or use Face/Touch ID to proceed.
    • On macOS, select Payment & Shipping under your Apple ID settings.

    • You’ll see a list of your current payment methods. Look for an option to Edit or Add Payment Method.
    • To replace Apple Pay, you’ll need to add your credit card information. Tap Add Payment Method (on iOS) or Add Payment Method (on macOS).

    Enter Credit Card Details:

    • Enter your credit card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. Make sure the information is accurate to avoid any issues with processing payments.
    • On iOS, tap Done or Save to finalize the changes.
    • On macOS, click Done or Save to update your payment method.

    Remove Apple Pay if Necessary:

    • If Apple Pay is still listed and you wish to remove it, tap on the option next to Apple Pay and look for a Remove or Delete option. Confirm the removal if prompted.
    Additional Notes:
    • Ensure Your Account is Up to Date: Make sure your Apple ID account information is up-to-date, including your billing address and contact information, to prevent any interruptions in your services.
    • Check Subscriptions and Purchases: Verify that all your active subscriptions and purchases are correctly billed to the new credit card. This ensures that you won’t experience any disruptions in your services.
    • Billing Cycle Impact: Changes might not take effect immediately depending on your billing cycle, so monitor your billing statements to confirm the switch.
    Troubleshooting:
    • If You Encounter Issues:
    • Ensure that the credit card you are entering is valid and not expired.
    • Make sure your device has a stable internet connection during the update process.
    • If the issue persists, consider contacting Apple Support for assistance.
