Can't login from desktop

    I am having difficulty logging in from my desktop. I have cleared caches, tried a different browser, incognito, shut down and restarted. The same red box appears error occurred. I can login from my phone only. This is frustrating especially on a paid account. Please fix this ASAP as I see it's a common issue.

It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    I included the screenshot in my request, when I login in it says error occurredCant login from desktop Image 1 Screenshot 20.

    Hi Nina,

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot. It seems the issue is specific to your device or network. Have you tried accessing the site using a different network? As per the screenshot the error message does not give much information. Please try using the username with correct username "MelbournePropertyAgents" also try using your email address instead of the username and let us know how it goes if the issue persists share a screenshot of the console report and we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    I am getting the same message as the person above. I have two accounts and I can't log in to either. I get the same error message. Seems like a Jotform issue.
