Hello I am trying to access my forms so I can download the data and remove it, as it seems I have gone over my upload space however my forms are not loading - the screen is just blank. How can we solve this so I can free up the upload space? Thank you

Hi Starla,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and your upload space is over the limit. Your upload space is 102.50 MB / 100.00 MB; you can easily check your Account Usage here. It is recommended to download the submission data first before deleting and purging the submission data to free up your upload space. Let me show you how:
How to download Submission Data:
- In Tables, move your mouse to the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Click on Download All.
- Click on your preferred File Type to download.
How to delete Submission Data:
- In Tables, click on the Checkbox next to the submission data you want to delete.
- On the upper right side of the screen, click on Delete.
- Click on Move to Trash.
How to purge deleted Submission data:
- Click on the Three Vertical Dots in the upper left corner of the screen beside the name tab.
- Go on the Trash Entries.
- Click on the Checkbox beside Select all.
- Click on Delete Forever, and lastly click on Delete.
Also, it is recommended to clear your form cache after purging your submission data on this page. Let me show you how.
- In My Forms, in the upper right corner of the screen, click on your Avatar.
- Click on Settings.
- Go to Form Caches and click on Clear Cache.

Hello thank you so much for the info, I have downloaded, then deleted all my entries and cleared the trash and my form "cache" and it still shows I am at upload limit.

Hi Starla,
When I checked on your account logs, the upload space storage is in good condition, but your account was still over the limit. I have cleared your form cache, and your account is now active. Check out my screenshot below of your form.
