I have a spreadsheet of 148 different items, each with 11 different codes. I am looking to create a form that, when one of the 148 options is chosen, the output in Excel will automatically fill in the 11 different corresponding codes.
Can I upload this spreadsheet into the conditions section (update/calculate field), or do I have to create an individual condition, one at a time, for each of the 148 options?

Can I upload this spreadsheet into the conditions section — Unfortunately, it's not possible to upload the spreadsheet into the condition.
What you can do is use the Spreadsheet to Form widget and create a condition that If field is equals to X, copy field value into Spreadsheet to form widget.
Once it met your condition, the value will auto fill into the Spreadsheet to form widget and user will just have to click on the widget's button so the data in the Spreadsheet will autofill into the fields.
ex.
That's the workaround I can think of since you cannot directly put the spreadsheet into the conditional rule.
I hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions.
