no esta llegando los reporte al email

i need for someone to call me every week, my email is place in bounce list. the report created is important for my bussiness. I'm paying for a service that not being given and tired of this problem.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add an SMTP as your Sender Email. Let me show you how.

1. On Form Builder, click on Settings on top.
2. Click on Emails on the left, then hover your mouse over your Notification Email, then click on the Pen icon.
3. Click on Advanced, and under Sender Email, click on the dropdown arrow, and select Add Email Address.
   
4. Under Email Type, select SMTP.
