I have inspected the forms indicated on your account, but I can't seem to find a form with PayPal checkout integration on it.
Kindly provide us a link to the form that you want to integrate with PayPal for us to better assist you.

I am unable to replicate the issue you reported on my cloned form. I was able to connect it with our Paypal account.
On exactly which step are you stuck? Please provide us a screenshot.
