How to create form and Embed to a website

I’m looking for some advice on how to create a user-friendly form for collecting feedback on KineMaster Mod APK from my website visitors. Any suggestions on how to design the form to ensure it's easy to use and provides useful information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

1. In Form Builder, go to your My Forms page.
2. On the left side of the page, click on Create Form.
3. Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
4. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, choose the options that you want, and then drag and drop them onto your form.

If you want to embed your form on your website, we have several options for Which Form Embed Code Should You Use? We strongly advise using Iframe code. 2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
3. Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code.
