I’m looking for some advice on how to create a user-friendly form for collecting feedback on KineMaster Mod APK from my website visitors. Any suggestions on how to design the form to ensure it's easy to use and provides useful information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Include just the essentials like name (optional), rating (stars or a scale), and a comments section.Since many users will be on mobile, ensure the form is easy to fill out on smaller screens.Make sure each field is easy to understand.Ensure it's easy to find so users can submit their feedback without confusion.
