How to send emails at a later date?

    Is the following possible?

The client fills in a date in the form. For example 4th of november
So then I want a reminder in my agenda that says: E-mail 01 need to send out and then a month before the event so in this case 4th of september. And then I want this for 4 different e-mails and for sending out the invoice.

    Hi Karien,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you trying to send an email based on a date in your form? If so, we can use the Autoresponder email's Send Email Later. Combine this with the calculation that add days to a date picker field, we'll be able to meet your requirements. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left and add a Date Picker field that will serve as a placeholder when our email will be sent.

    2. Next, click on Settings and Conditions, select the Update/Calculate condition, and create a similar condition below:

So far, here's how the form will work:

In my example, the condition will automatically add 30 days to the Date picker field populated by the user, and fill it out on the Send On field. Now, we can create an Autoresponder Email and set the Send On field as the Send Email Later option. Let's do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings and Emails, then click on the Pen icon over your green Autoresponder email.

    2. Next, click on the Advanced tab, and on the Send Email Later option, select the Date Picker Placeholder field. In my example, it is the Send On field.

That's it. For multiple emails, you can create multiple date picker fields and autoresponder emails. We also have guides on Setting Up Autoresponder Emails, How to Insert Text or Calculation Into a Field Conditionally and How to Send Emails Later Using Autoresponder Email that you can check out.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    A little bit more explanation.

A client fills in for example 4th of november. Then I want to see in my agenda or if that's not possible per e-mail on the 4th of October (if that's in a weekend the Friday before the weekend) that e-mail 2 should be sended out. Then I know I need to check that the e-mail is out. It's just a reminder for ourselves to check this.

And if there is not a month in advanced, I need to do it straight away. So I can't just say 30 days in advanced, but also if it's closer to the trainingdate put it straight away in my agenda or something like

    Hi Karien,

Do you want for the dates to be included in the email? Is the form integrated with Google Calendar?
