Hi,
When a customer fills in my forms with a Mac / iPad / iPhone, they cannot be sent and do not arrive in my mailbox. What can I do to remedy this? Thanks in advance. Sincerely, Patrick -

I see you have 5 Forms in your account. Are you experiencing this issue with all the Forms or any particular Form?
Are you receiving the notification if the user fills out the Form in desktop?
Looking for your confirmation.

The problem is solved, the customers forgot to tick "I am not a robot".
