Dear support,
We are working with a form which has to submit the information and save it in a database. We have done this, setting an external link to redirect the information in the section Settings - Thanks page.
When we click submit, it goes to the right external link and inserts the information in the database. However, the form (jotforms), where the submit button where clicked, continues saying that the transaction is in progress (Please wait while we are processing your request...).
Is this the normal behaviour in jotform or is it just because we are running the form through the preview view in the building section in jotform.com? If not a normal behaviour, how can solve this issue?
Thanks in advance.
Sincerely,
Milton.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
It seems that this only happens when Send POST data is enabled in form settings. Just wanted to confirm if after submitting the test form did you receive the data into your database?
I just enabled the POST method, but no actual database to insert my submission so I wanted to know if the submission was sent to your database successfully?
Looking forward for your response.

hi,
After submitting the test form, the data was saved in the database.
Is there a workaround to solve the "Please wait while we are processing your request" when the transaction has finished".
Thanks in advance.
Sincerely,
Milton

Hello Milton,
I see your form does not have a payment integration set up at the moment, can you let us know which transaction you are referring to? If this is for submission itself, I can suggest to try submitting form using its direct link, not in preview mode of form builder. In builder popups may be blocked, so that is why processing warning is being shown.
