Hi Suzi,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have now activated the Push Notification (currently in Beta) feature for your account. You can now send push notifications, show a custom permission modal, and monitor your app's metrics through Jotform Apps. Let me show you how to do it:
- In App Builder, click on Settings in the purple navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Navigate to the left side, click on Push Notifications.
- After that, switch the Enable Push Notifications option to the On position.
- You can now edit the Notification Title and Content.
- Once done, click Send to dispatch it.
Here's a preview of how Push Notifications on a mobile device:
You can also edit your permission request message that displays in the app. Here’s how to do that:
- Click on Edit Permission Request under Enable Push Notifications section.
- Then, change the Title and Contents of the permission request.

You can also review the metrics for your notifications in the Push Notification History section. This area includes insights such as the total number of subscribers and the click-through rates of your notifications.
Please note that notifications can only be sent if users have granted permission after adding the app to their home screen.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
