I would like multiple people to be able to view submitted forms and their content. Is there a way to do this without having them all log into our jotform account?

Checking form your screenshot, the issue could be that the field you're trying to match has been deleted.
Kindly check your Reply-to-Email if the field is available.
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

Are you not receiving email notification to your form? Could you please let us know to which form this issue is related to? Also, please let us know if we can send a test submission to the form to test it from our end?

We haven't had any submissions yet, I was just concerned w the notifications looking like there was an error.

You would need to add a recipient email in your notification 2 and 3 so that the notification email would work.
Please give it a try and let us know if you still see the error in the notification.
