Emails are not being delivered to my Yahoo email

    Sir/madam

    Good Day

    I would like to raise this concern regarding on JotForm, our yahoomail (jotform recipient) cannot received email from the sender, we have a scenario that the sender sent jotform request to the recipient but the email delay for 1 day. Kindly support to resolve this concern.

    Hi itdept_itdept, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address and it was on the bounce list. I have removed it from the bounce list, it can receive emails now with no issues.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thank you for fast respond regarding to Jotform concern, we really appreciate your full-hand support for this. We already tried test mail and the recipient already receive the Jotform request. I would like to ask if ever we encounter this problem again can we have the procedure on your team resolve this concern and also for documentation on our side.

    Hi itdept_itdept,

    You can check the email address if it is on the bounce list or not from your account settings page. Let me show you how:

    • Click on your Avatar in the upper-right corner of the My Forms page.
    • Click Settings from the dropdown menu.
    • Next, scroll down to Bounce List, enter the email address, and click the Check button. If your email is on the bounce list, simply click Remove to delete it.

    We have a concern that the sender sent jotform request to the recipient but the email delay for several minutes, there's a scenario that the sender need to request more than 1 before the recipient accept the request. Kindly support to resolve this concern.
