can I resend a submitted form after 90 days?

Hi JotForm Friends!

I am interested in having an email prompt sent to me when 90 days has passed after a form is submitted.

I currently get a pdf of a submission sent through email, and just an duplicate of that email would be great. Or just a message that says, it has been 90 days since (contact) submitted their (form).

I promise I did search through past support messages (screenshot for my first try), but didn't find anything that felt like it would get me what I'm hoping for.

Hi Sara,

I understand that you'd like to receive an email 90 days after a submission. Let me show you how to set that up:

1. Add two date picker fields: set one to the current date and hide the other.
2. Similar to the screenshot you've sent, create a condition that will add 90 days then set the Summary to the hidden date field.
3. In the autoresponder email you've created, select the hidden date field on the Send Emails Later under the Advanced Tab.
   
4. Now, we can trigger this autoresponder email to your email address by creating a condition.

a. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings.

b. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

c. In the list that pops up, click on Change E-mail Recipient and set a logical condition like the ones below:

Now an email will be sent to your email after 90 days. Feel free to customize the email you'd like to receive. We also have a guide on How to Send Emails Later Using Autoresponder Email that you can check out.
