Hello,
Per the below, please remove Andrea's email at amplify legal (she no longer does work for our firm), and replace with one of the two following email addresses:
referrals@friedmanlawoffices.com or vanessa@friedmanlawoffices.com
Time is of the essence please, because we received a referral through the jot form on our website, at the beginning of last week, and we need to respond to the client, and we can't access it at all.

The 'Amplifyinnovate' account works in a HIPAA enabled mode, so we cannot just change the account email address. Also, it seems that the account in question belongs to another user.
We would like to suggest contacting Andrea. We can escalate an inquiry to our technicians in order to move some form(s) to your own 'friedmanlawoffices' account, but we need to receive a request placed from the 'Amplifyinnovate' account.
If you would like to remove your credit card details from the 'Amplifyinnovate' account and get a refund of the most recent payment, we can do this for you.
