Hello Pranav,
Our chat support is available 24/7 as long as there is an available chat support agent to assist you. You should see the Live Chat box when you open the main Jotform page; if it is not there, it means there is high traffic, and the live chat is closed.
In case you have any questions, please let us know. Once we hear back from you, we will help you with this.

Can we see a form based on the number of applications? Is there a chart by date?

Hi Pranav_Yanturu,
You can take submission with "https://api.jotform.com/submission/{submissionID}?apiKey={apiKey}" command. Let me show you how to do:
1. Click on your Avatar and go to Settings.
2. Select API and click on the green Create New Key, then, click on Read Access to change it into Full Access.3. Go to your submission table and click on the Three Dots next to your submission.
4. Choose View Entry and copy your Submission ID.
Now paste API key and submission ID to API command on the above. Don't forget to delete braces and quotation marks and choose GET method. You can see my result below:
You can also check that guide out here for Jotform API.
Reach out again if you need any more help.

Hi Pranav_Yanturu,
Unfortunately, I could not fully understand you. Could you please clarify more? Did you get an API key from a third party service, and want to integrate it into your form? May I know what is this API documentation? And how do you want to use it here?
Once we hear back from you, we will help you with this.

Hi Pranav_Yanturu,
You need to use the API shared by my colleague to get the data. It is not possible to use your custom API. You can check our API documentation at this link.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
