The issue is happening with both Stripe and PayPal. I have one form successfully linked to Stripe... but cannot get a second for connected to either Stripe or PayPal.

Your Video Order Form is connected with Stripe. Your LDTA Pre-Collegiate Ballet Intensive Program is integrated with Square. It seems like you've changed the payment gateway. Please provide us the forms if you still cannot get it to work. I presumed you still had the payment gateways, so we would know that and troubleshoot the form from there.
If you can also record the steps you've taken, that would help us check where the integration fails for you. So, if it's Stripe, we would know if the authentication stalls or if it's Paypal, we would know if the login window won't log you in.

setup.

working correctly.
When I tried to connect with PayPal, it went through all the steps and said
“failed” at the end. I then tried with stripe. Went through all the steps
and then it just said “connect to stripe” again. Tried with square and same
happened.

It sounds like a cache problem. Can you please try connecting a payment processor to form using different browser or via incognito mode (private window)?
