I have been testing the wire forms and under the view submissions, it appears to still be encrypted...

Hi Katrina!
Encrypt Form Data on your form is still set to Yes, therefore your submissions will be encrypted and will require the Private Key to be viewed. Set Encrypt Form Data to No so that your submissions could be visible without the Private Key from hereon. Please note that submissions received when the form was encrypted will remain that way even if the form is no longer encrypted.

You are welcome! Please follow this guide to decrypt and view the submission data: Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them. You would need to upload your Private Key, the same key that was generated when you encrypted your form. You will be prompted to upload your key when trying to view an encrypted submission on your Submissions page.
