    The fact I NEVER USED THIS PROGRAM and I have tried forever to disconnect with endless emails for months is RIDICULOUS !!!! I canceled credit card and I am asking for FULL refund from DAY ONE !!!! The fact you have NO PHONE SUPPORT and the PHONE NUMBER YOU PROVIDED is BOGUS will get me paid back !!!

    We always try to assist our customers via email, forum support or through our User Guide>billing section.

    We also make sure that upon buying a plan, people are set the proper expectations that this is an automatic renewal plan that can be canceled anytime.Either by following the directions given here, or by contacting directly through our support channels.

    Again, we are sorry to hear how frustrating this has been. I've canceled and refunded the charges applied in latest 180 days. Let me know should you need further assistance.
