My clients email confirmation does not include and fields, but my copy does.
The auto fill is not working.

I think you have already sorted out the issue with the autoresponder email. I have tested your form, and I was able to get the data correctly. Just one thing with your autoresponder settings, you have selected the Address field instead of the email, I have fixed that already.
As for the autofill, it will automatically clear the data once the form is submitted.

it back?

Like what my colleague said, the autofill will automatically clear the data once the form is submitted. Also, it will save form's field values locally (browser local storage) for up to 24 hours.
For reference, please review our guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms.

it well enough.
When I enter a new form, below every field I open, my last information
shows up. I can either click on the info below the field box and it will
fill in the field box, or enter new information and it will accept it.
This is true with all the remaining fields, even after I submit the form.
The next entry I try to fill out, the information of the previous form is
there and I can choose to use it again.
This has ceased to exist now. I did try and do what you suggested and not
submit a filled in form, and open anoother form. The info from the last
form was there, except it was in the field box, not below, and when I
submitted it, it was gone.
Does this make sense to you, because it really happened.

Please note that the autofill feature in our form builder is different from the autofill with your browsers. Based on your description, I think this is what you are expecting to happen.
Again, the autofill in our form builder will automatically clear the form fields once the form is submitted. If you keep the form open and opt to continue later, the data is saved in the local browser storage for up to 24 hours.
The browser autofill, however, is saved on your browser without a time limit. You can use that to autofill the form fields with the saved data, but it will only fill the data based on the field type that is saved. Most common fields are the email, phone, name, address. If you click on the input box, this browser autofill will appear below the box. See image below for an example:
I hope that helps. If this doesn't answer your question, please provide is with a short clip or images.
