It seems you have created two threads https://www.jotform.com/answers/1809795 with the same question.

I have checked your form PDCARE Membership 2019-202 and it seems you're using PayPal checkout Integration.

Do note that you would need to have a Business account in PayPal to use the PayPal checkout Integration.

I have tested a cloned version of your form and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end. I was redirected to PayPal when I clicked the PayPal checkout button.

Kindly check your PayPal Checkout Integration Client ID and Client Secret if they are correct.

Let us know if the issue still remains.

I did have a PayPal Business account, and these are the right Client ID and Secret ID I should use for it. It is LIVE on my PayPal account, and on my JotForm it is in Production. So I thought I did everything correct, but still not work.

I can see the payment button on my form, when I am on edit form, but when I use the link to register it says your are missing your payment ID.

    Loading smart payment button...

    Please help!

Can you please try clearing your browser's cache and disable any pop-up blockers in your web browser?

Kindly also share to us the console report.
