Good day,
My email notification function is not working for the 'Spill Report' or 'Incident Notification' forms. Can you please take a look and see if you can find the reason for this?

I have checked your Spill Report and Incident Notification forms, and the notifications have multiple recipients. Please note that the limit is 10 recipients per notification. Please create more notifications to split the recipients:
