Yesterday I was working on a new JotForm called "request for returning
to FCMG program"I submitted it around 4 PM central standard time however did not receive
the actual email until 7:44 PM.
Also when I look at the email that was sent my name which is Daniel Gladstone somehow my last name that put in there twice which I did not do on the form -

Hi @FCMG1996!
I have cloned your form and made a few test submissions and was not able to replicate neither one of those issues: the submission data displayed the name as entered and the notification email was delivered within a few seconds after clicking Submit button.
Here are the dates and times for the two emails that were sent out:
I have cleared your form caches. Please let me know if you are still experiencing any of these issues.
