How to conditionally send the user an Autoresponder?

    How can I send the Thank you page to the customer as well? Not only showing
    after they submit it but also going to their email address like their
    answers and score? I would like the condition thank you page to go to them
    as well just in case they accidentally close the page and so they will have
    the info to services that can help them on their journey?

    Hello Rochell,

    Please note that your requirement can be achieved by creating a new Autoresponder and using the CHANGE EMAIL RECIPIENT condition on each one. Since you have four CHANGE THANK YOU PAGE conditions, we will also create four CHANGE EMAIL RECIPIENTS with the exact same custom message. Let me show you how it's done:

    1. Create four Autoresponders.

    2. Apply the conditions in your Change Email Recipient condition exactly as they are set up in your Change Thank You Page condition.

    Thanks for this! The only thing I am running into is that it is saying that
    I can create only 3 conditional emails instead of 4 or I would need to
    upgrade. I don't want to upgrade just for 1 more conditional email. Is
    there a way around this?

    Hello Rochell,

    Unfortunately, users under the Starter plan can only create up to 3 conditional emails, and you'll need to upgrade your account if you need more. It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.

    Hello Rochell,

    Unfortunately, that is the only workaround I can think of if you want to meet your form requirements and send a custom Autoresponder on certain conditions.
