We are connected to Stripe and we had a new donor do a $150/month donation and then decided that she really wanted to do a $400/month donation and so she did an addtional $250/month donation and in each case paid the fees. What is the easiest way to resolve this into on $400/month donation wiith fees?

    Hi Paul,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to join multiple subscriptions. The only solution would be to cancel both subscriptions and make a new one, by submitting the form again. You can also check Stripe documentation, they might have a solution for this. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support for this.

Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

    Hi Paul,

You will have to log into your Stripe dashboard and do it from there. For more information about this, you can check out this Stripe Document. However, if you are referring to the payments made though your form called Empower Dreams Giving, have in mind that you have used Donation payment type, so the payment made is not a subscription, it was a one-time payment.

Unless you have updated something from your Stripe dashboard, your user shouldn't be charged again for it. If you would like to convert it to the recurring payment, you can update your form to it accepts subscription and submit it again, or, you can check with Stripe support to see if the current payment can be converted to a recurring one.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
