You need to login to your account then try to access the submission PDF. It seems you have enabled the Privacy settings to only view the submissions when you are logged-in.

Tried to align the From on the PDF editor but I failed

Something going wrong. For example, If I need submission to printed as "letter" size. Web forms have only 1500 pixels width. Letter size is 2.550.
I don't know if the PDF editor is to edit (working) the submissions before or after the members click submit and download the files
The content is also cutting across the pages, empty white spaces etc.
Can you help?
